Temples Property Management (Bury St Edmunds), was founded by father and son partnership Derek and Daniel Wilson in 1997 with the aim of providing dedicated services to investment landlords and residential property investors. The decision to create the company was founded on the belief that serious property investors required the assistance of a professional services company to handle the day to day people and property problems that are experienced by landlords.
Temples offer a full service to clients from the sourcing of suitable property, refurbishment, letting and management. Leasehold Management Temples portfolio includes town centre developments, period listed conversions, mixed tenure developments incorporating commercial and social housing, together with private residential units. In addition to management apartment schemes, we are increasingly being asked to carry out estate management services for mixed housing developments.
Job details
£15000.00 to £18000.00 pa.
This is a finance role and will include duties such as: -Input service charge budgets, raise charges and demands ready for sending to leaseholders. -Prepare service charge year-end accounts for submissions to accountants. -Send year -end accounts and balancing charge letters to leaseholders. -Quarterly (and on occasions monthly) Variance Reports to clients. -Dealing with queries from Leaseholders, Suppliers, Clients and Accountants by phone, letter and in person.
You will need to have experience within the industry or book keeping/accounting qualifications.
