Role duties and responsibilities:-

Ensure all managed properties meet current requirements
Ensure statutory inspections are carried out on time and are documented
Conduct periodic property visits
Administer and update property records and tenant communication data for every visit
Receive and log repair requests made by tenants and landlords
Resolve all issues promptly, politely and professionally
Prepare quotes for landlords and instruct contractors
Prepare written check in and check out inventories
Calculate and claim dilapidations charges at the end of tenancies
Liaise with Local Authorities regarding notices received
Oversee large property repair projects and monitor progress

Key skills required:-

Previous experience in residential property management
ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Good organisational and administration skills

Must be computer literate and be able to handle a high volume of calls. Experience in a customer service environment a must.
